Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Eco Pet Care Amsterdam, operated under the commercial name Valerii’s Friends and Paws. 

By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Service Area

I provide dog walking and pet care services throughout all areas of Amsterdam. I am also flexible and open to requests outside Amsterdam, depending on availability.

Services Offered

• Dog Walking (individual and group walks)
  Available for dogs of all sizes and breeds. I also provide tailored walks for senior dogs or pets with special needs.

• Daycare for Dogs and Small Pets
  Care can take place at your home or mine.

• Overnight Care for Dogs, Cats, and Small Pets
  Each service is personalized to your pet’s needs and lifestyle.
  
  

Bookings & Cancellations

• Booking Notice: Please book at least 24 hours in advance.

• Last-Minute Bookings: May be accepted but are not guaranteed.

• Cancellations: If you cancel less than 24 hours before the service, no refund will be issued.

• No-Shows: Full fee applies in the case of no-shows.
  
  

Pet Requirements

• Dogs must be non-aggressive, up-to-date on vaccinations, and free of contagious conditions.

• I reserve the right to refuse service if a pet shows signs of aggression or contagious illness.

• Owners must disclose any medical conditions, medications, or special needs at the time of booking.

• Owners should provide necessary items such as food, leash, and any medications required.
  
  

Emergencies & Liability

• In case of an emergency, I will contact the owner immediately. If needed, I will suggest taking the pet to the vet. The veterinary clinic will issue a bill, which the owner can forward to me for handling with my insurance provider.

• I am not liable for any issues arising from pre-existing health conditions, the pet’s own behavior, or unforeseen accidents unless due to negligence on my part.

• I am fully insured for the services I provide.
  
  

Payments & Pricing

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or cash.

• For day/night care longer than 3 days, payment must be made upfront.

• Pricing varies by service and may depend on factors such as your location, the dog’s needs, and whether overnight care is at my place or yours.

  • Dog Walking: €20–€25

  • Daycare/Overnight: €30–€50

• The first meet-and-greet is free, including an introduction to your pet and a discussion of pricing.

• I offer discounts for:

  • Packages (e.g., more than 4 walks)

  • Elderly clients, clients with disabilities, or those in financial difficulty (at my discretion)

• An additional charge applies on holidays including King’s Day, Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter.
  
  

Weather & Emergencies

Services may be rescheduled or modified due to extreme weather or emergencies. I will inform you in advance whenever possible.

Communication & Media

• I am happy to provide photo and text updates during the service.

• If I would like to use photos or videos of your pet for my website or social media, I will ask for your permission first.
